HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE BEFORE I CAN START SELLING HOMES?

It is all in your control. If you want to make a little bit of money you work a little, if you want to make a lot of money you work a lot with many hours of prospecting. You can ultimately close your first transaction within 2 months if you want it.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A CLASS ?

If you miss a class you can attend any other scheduled class for the material you missed for free.

WHAT DOES THE TEST LOOK LIKE?

The test is 120 Questions ( 10 of them do not count), they are just test questions). So out of the 110 you must get 77 correct.

WHAT ARE THE OUTSIDE RESOURCES FOR STUDYING?

Outside resources are PSI test questions, Roe's Real Estate Meditation Sessions, Roe's Star Points Study Guide, Smarty Smart Sticks, and private tutoring.

WHAT'S THE AVERAGE SALARY FOR NEW AGENTS?

There is no salary unless you become an employee, in which you will be paid a salary. You become a salesperson and will be on a commission basis. You will not be an employee you will be an Independent contractor and file your own 1099 at the end of the year.

CAN I WAIT BEFORE TAKING THE NEXT SECTION OF CLASS?

Yes, class time can be divided up to what suits your needs. You must complete your 75 hours in order to take the state test.

DOES MY CERTIFICATION EXPIRE?

Yes, your completion of class will expire one year from the last day of the class. You must take the test, get fingerprinted and be with a broker within the one-year time frame.

HOW DO I KNOW IF REAL ESTATE IS RIGHT FOR ME?

The only way to know is to see if you have the personality to achieve higher goals, be persistent, be able to communicate with people and take rejection. If you try it and all is not what you thought it to be you can become a referral agent and make extra cash just by listening and retrieving the information to who is buying or selling their home and bringing that information back to your broker that can give it to an agent to get the job done. You will then be paid a referral fee for doing nothing but getting the information.
